Missed Lessons

If a lesson will be missed there will need to be at least 4 hours notice. The lesson can then be rescheduled for a makeup lesson at a later date. Failure to give notice will forfeit that lesson and it will be billed.

If the teacher is absent the lesson will be rescheduled for a makeup lesson.

Makeup Lessons

If you qualify for a makeup lesson, it can be booked in an available makeup lesson slot through the student portal or by contacting me. If a suitable makeup lesson cannot be arranged within the current term, the amount for that lesson will be credited to your account for the following term.

Lesson Day/Time Availability

Available lesson days and times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change per term. If you wish to switch lesson times with another student who currently holds that particular spot, this can be requested. It is ultimately up to the student/parent that holds that spot and Chad Penfold Music to decide whether to accept or deny this request.

Invoices and Payments

An invoice will be sent to you within the term detailing the amount due. The invoice is due by the specified due date written on the invoice. Failure to pay by the specified due date will result in an overdue invoice reminder. If payment is still not received, your lessons will be put on hold and your spot becomes available for any new enrolments.
